Year 1 will be studying Australian Animals and their habitats this term. After becoming familiar with a variety of animals and the environment in which they live, the grade ones will visit a local zoo abundant in Australian animals to extend their knowledge.

The term will culminate with 'Aussie Animals in the Park' , a day where the children dress as their favourite animal for a picnic in the park
