​​At Holy Family School, we offer a diverse range of extracurricular activities to cater to the many different interests of our students. These activities are offered onsite both during and after school hours. Additional fees apply, please contact the providers below for more information.

Instrumental Music and Band

Private and group instrumental music lessons are available for students who wish to join the school band and learn a woodwind, brass or percussion instrument. Students who study an instrument outside of school are also invited to join the school band.

Guitar, Ukulele and Drums
James from Unison Co provides instrumental lessons for students in Prep to Year 6. Lessons are held during school time with students participating in small group sessions and solo lessons where necessary.

Piano
Jerica Lau is an experienced piano educator who provides lessons for students in Prep to Year 6, before and during school hours. Lessons are tailored to student’s strengths, weaknesses and musical needs.

Ross’ OnCourt Tennis
Ross is an experienced and successful professional tennis coach, accredited with Tennis Australia and Tennis Queensland. Group tennis lesson are available for students from Prep to Year 6, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, during school terms.

Chess Club
Chess Mates offer weekly chess lesson for students in Prep to Year 6. Classes focus on teaching the fundamentals of chess in a fun, interactive way while helping your child to develop others skill such as maths, problem solving, planning, emotional intelligence and social skills.

Drama Club 
Delivered by Speak Up Studio, these energetic classes focus on improvisation, imagination and musical theatre. Classes take place on Tuesdays and all students participate in an end of year performance at the the Speak Up Spring Hill Theatre.
